The Artist

I started making crystalline glazed porcelain pottery in 1975. I am completely self taught. Since then I have done thousands of experiments, developing the glazes that I use today. Here are a few of my vases.

These pots are all in collections or in my personel collection. They are all one of kind. I started here in Montana in 1975 and then moved to northern California in 1985, living in the Sierra foothills till year 2000. I then moved back to Montana where I have my studio now. While in California I did several hundred art shows and had my work in several galleries. I sell a few vases on Ebay and have my work here in a local gallery, I also have a display in my home.I have been doing lapidary work and gold and silversmithing for over 45 years. I have my pottery in private collections around the world.

I fire all my work to cone 10-12.

I fire all work in a manual controled kiln, I prefer to have a more hands on experience.
